Real Conversations: Going Beyond the Surface

It’s thyme to spill some tea with real conversations that go beyond the surface.
Hey everyone! I’m so excited to enter this new season of being intentional! I am curious what season of living are you in right now? This year I have never been more focused and committed to showing up in every area of my life and being intentional. For me, this looks like serving you with more value and creating a community that provides connection and support. In my personal life, it looks like taking control of my health and being present for my family and friends. Get ready for a year packed with lots of real conversations. I am sharing it all with some amazing guests.
Achieve Big Goals
When it comes to achieving big goals, intentionality is key. Intentionality means being thoughtful and purposeful in the actions and decisions we make. It requires us to take the time to reflect on what we want to achieve and how we want to get there.
Having a clear intention and understanding of what we want to achieve can help us stay focused and motivated on our journey. It can also help us identify potential obstacles and how to overcome them.
One way I stay intentional is to set realistic and achievable goals. This means breaking down your big goals into smaller, more manageable steps. For example, if you want to write a book, start by writing a few chapters at a time and setting deadlines for yourself. This will help you stay on track and motivated.
Another way I work to stay intentional is to create an action plan. An action plan is a list of tasks that you can use in order to achieve your goals. This can help to keep you focused and organized, and it can also help you identify what needs to be done and when it needs to be done.
It’s also important to recognize imposter syndrome and how it can affect our ability to achieve our goals. Imposter syndrome is the feeling of not being good enough or deserving of success. It can be a powerful force that can cause us to doubt our abilities, and it can prevent us from taking risks and pushing ourselves to reach our goals.
The key to overcoming imposter syndrome is to recognize it and remind ourselves that we are capable of achieving our goals. We can do this by surrounding ourselves with positive people who will support and encourage us and by focusing on our strengths and accomplishments.
Finally, it’s important for you to stay positive and be kind to yourself. You can do this by celebrating your successes, no matter how small, and by forgiving yourself for your mistakes. Remember, mistakes are truly life lessons.
Achieving big goals requires dedication and hard work, but it is possible. With intentionality, a positive mindset, and a clear action plan, we can achieve our goals and live a life of purpose and fulfillment.

Dream Big
Dreaming big is the first step in achieving our goals. You must visualize your success and believe in your abilities. It is important to recognize that success does not happen overnight, but rather it is a journey. We must remain patient and consistent in our efforts. You should also be open to learning and growing from your experiences.
Being intentional is key to achieving our goals. You must be mindful of your thoughts, words, and actions and make sure they are aligned with your goals. We should also be intentional in our relationships, taking time to show appreciation and actively listening to those around us. We should also be intentional in our self-care, taking time to rest and recharge.
Finally, take action. Create an action plan and take small steps toward your goals. Be flexible and willing to adjust our plans as needed. I created my Free Create Your Big Magic Workbook to help you on this journey. It’s the workbook that I wish I had on my journey.
Achieving your goals is possible if you dream big and are intentional. Believe in yourself and take action in order to make your dreams come true. With dedication and hard work, you can live a life of purpose and fulfillment.
Practice Self-care and Gratitude
However, in order to be successful, we must also practice self-care and gratitude. Self-care is essential for our physical, mental, and emotional health. It is important to make time for ourselves and to do activities that make us feel good. This could be anything from going for a walk to taking a yoga class. We should also take time to practice gratitude. Being thankful for what we have can help us stay positive and motivated.
One way to practice self-care and gratitude is to give ourselves a “bad girl pep talk.” This is when we take time to reflect on our strengths and remind ourselves of our greatness. We can use this time to bring up any thoughts we have been pushing away and address them. We can also use this time to give ourselves positive affirmations and words of encouragement.
Another way to practice self-care and gratitude is to take the time to figure out challenging situations. We should remember that we have the power to overcome any obstacle. We should also practice gratitude by taking the time to appreciate our accomplishments and the progress we have made.
Self-care and gratitude are essential for our well-being and success. We should make time for ourselves and practice gratitude in order to stay motivated and positive. Taking the time to practice self-care and gratitude can help us live a life of purpose and fulfillment.
