Embracing Intentional Living
Best Decision I’ve Ever Made

I wanted to take a moment to share some exciting news with you all. I’ve decided to take a break from podcasting for the summer, but don’t worry – I’ll still be sharing my travels and adventures with you all!
Why am I taking a break, you might ask? Well, as much as I love podcasting and connecting with all of you, I also believe in the importance of being intentional with our time. That’s why I want to spend more time with my family, explore new places, and get my hands dirty in the garden this summer.
For too long, I’ve been caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, constantly chasing after the next deadline or project. But I’ve come to realize that by doing this, I’m missing out on the small joys and pleasures of life. I want to slow down, savor the moment, and focus on what truly brings me happiness and fulfillment.
So, what can you expect from me this summer? Lots of travel stories, gardening tips, and maybe even a few recipes thrown in for good measure. I’m excited to share my adventures with you and inspire you to embrace intentional living in your own life. But I will be back recording soon.
Prioritizing Self-Care, Family Time, and Personal Growth

Now, I know that taking time off can feel daunting or even impossible at times. But trust me, it’s worth it. Here are three tips for taking time off and reaping the benefits:
- Prioritize self-care Taking care of ourselves should always be a top priority, no matter how busy life gets. By making time for rest, relaxation, and self-care activities, we can recharge our batteries and show up more fully in our lives. The benefits of self-care include reduced stress, improved sleep, and greater focus and productivity.
- Connect with loved ones Spending time with loved ones is one of the best ways to nourish our souls and create lasting memories. Whether it’s a family vacation or just an afternoon spent with friends.
- Making time for meaningful connections can help us feel more fulfilled and supported. The benefits of connecting with loved ones include improved mental health, greater happiness, and reduced risk of chronic illness.
- Embrace new experiences Trying new things is an essential part of personal growth and development. Whether it’s traveling to a new country, trying a new hobby, or simply taking a different route to work.
- Embracing new experiences can broaden our horizons and boost our creativity. The benefits of embracing new experiences include increased confidence, enhanced adaptability, and improved problem-solving skills.
So, there you have it – my reasons for taking a break from podcasting and my tips for reaping the benefits of time off. I hope this post has inspired you to embrace intentional living and take time for the things that truly matter in life.
